How long will my order take?
The time it takes us to process your order depends on the products you have chosen. Pre-designed personalised orders will require you to sign off an emailed proof before they will be printed and dispatched. Turnaround times all depend, of course, on how long it takes you to review and approve your proofs. However, here is a typical breakdown of our turnaround times:

  • Proof creation ~ 2-5 business days
  • Proof review process ~ (depends on customer)
  • Proof edits (if necessary) ~ 1 to 2 business days
  • Printing and production ~ 2 to14 business days (depending on the complexity of the order)
    Orders are collated, packaged and posted out to you via USPS priority mail.
RUSH Order
Orders needed within 10 business days require a $35.00 rush order charge. Your order will become our priority and your order will ship asap. Available to US Addresses Only.
A seperate invoice will be emailed for this charge.

What is included
All stationery card orders include & solid white envelopes unless you upgrade to another color/finish during the check-out process.

Love a design, but you have some changes ex. morephotos then those shown or not the perfect colors, font or text?? Don't worry, whenever possible, we can add or reduce the number of photos in a design, we can always alter colors, text and fonts or can create a custom design

The following types of images are recommended to produce your photo cards:
1. Original digital photos that are in JPEG format
2. Images that are at least 600x900 in resolution
3. Images that are clear when inspected up close
4. Images without exposure issues (i.e. not too dark/light)
5. Images that have NOT been previously altered or cropped
The following types of images are NOT recommended for use:
1. Images shared/stored on web sites (low resolution)
2. Images sent back and forth via email
3. Cell-phone images (very low quality)
Please do not submit photos of babies which contain nudity where all or a partial amount of the genital area is visible. We cannot make exceptions to this policy - we appreciate your understanding. Thank you!

Copyrighted Images
SweetPeaPrint respects & will fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. It is not only unlawful, but unethical for me to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photography or company that holds the copyright. By submitting me photos, you agree that you (or spouse, family member, etc) are the photographer or have permission in the form of a copyright license from the copyright holder. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted amages and agree to not hold SweetPeaPrint liable for any misuse of said copyrighted images.

Paper / Printing Process
Sweet Pea Print gives you a choice of photo paper, card stock or pearl card stock. We print, cut and assemble all of our own work - We do not outsource printing.


Sweet Pea Print Custom Wedding and Event Stationery

Custom, Unique and Fabulous Invitations is our specialty. Your event invitation is the first piece of planning that sets the stage for what's to come. It is the opening of the experience and helps to create the sentiment that signifies you and your special day. Our passion is to help make your event unique and unforgettable, creating custom, coordinating and unique stationary but most importantly, to reflect you.

Sweet Pea Print's goal is to provide you with the best service possible and working side by side throughout the design process and ensuring that your order fits your needs. Because of the customization of our event invitations, we do not offer online ordering. We take inquiries by phone, email, or in  person  Once your inquiry  is received,  we will be in touch with you to discuss and start your custom project.

The Process
In order to ensure that you receive the exclusive attention you deserve, we book a limited number of weddings/events per month. We recommend starting the design process 6-8 months prior to your event, as average production time is 3-6 weeks, and wedding invitations should be mailed 6-8 weeks before the wedding date. We welcome you to view our invitation collections at the studio, which is Rochester, NY, viewing is by appointment. Alternatively you can shop on line and keep in touch via telephone and email if it is not convenient for you to visit the studio. Don’t worry if you do not live in Rochester, NY, liaising with clients living world wide is something we excel at.

Allow Time
You must post your wedding invitations at least 6-8 weeks before your wedding, and longer if getting married over-seas, 12-16 weeks in advance.

Commissioning wedding invitations to be hand made especially for you takes time and you should consider this from the very moment you wear that sparkle on your finger. Wedding invitation orders are completed within 3-4 weeks from final proof sign off. Custom orders take longer. We encourage all our customers to start the ordering process 4-6 months prior to their wedding date.

Place your order
Once you have decided on your preferred design we request a non refundable 50% deposit  please to confirm your order. All invitation information including accommodation & direction details must be emailed to us. Sweet Pea Print will create an electronic proof of your invitations and email them to you within 5 – 7 business days.

You are then asked to approve your wedding invitation proof checking every word with careful attention. Check and double check spelling and punctuation of names, venue names, location & dates. We will email a second round of proofs amending any errors. Remember your final approval is your final print sign off. Errors noticed afterwards with a reprint requested are charged to you the customer.

We will contact you prior to shipping to inform you of your delivery date.

You accept the following terms and conditions when you place your stationery order with Sweet Pea Print:

A non refundable 50% deposit is required when placing Custom Wedding/Event invitation orders. Amounts outstanding to be paid prior to production of your stationery.You can pay the full amount in advance. 

All social stationery and baby stationery orders to be paid in full when placing your order.

Minimum Quantities:
Programs - Our minimum on programs is a quantity of 50 and they can be ordered in increments of 2 after that. (quantities under 50 are possible but subject to a $25 surcharge)
Invitations: Our minimum on custom invitations (invitations that we design and print) is a quantity of 50. (quantities under 50 are possible but subject to a $50 surcharge)

We accept payment via check made out to Sweet Pea Print. We accept paypal on all online orders.

All information to be printed on your stationery must be e-mailed to us.

PDF proofs of your chosen design will be e-mailed to you.

You are responsible for proof reading. Check and double check spelling and punctuation of names, venue names, location & dates. We will email a second round of proofs amending any errors if needed.
Remember your final approval is your final print sign off. 
Once approved by you, printing will commence, errors noticed after this time with a reprint requested, will be charged at full price to you, the customer. It is very important you proof read correctly.

Sweet Pea Print will honor custom quotes for up to 4 weeks.

As all our stationery is hand finished by us, they may vary slightly from one to another. 

Our logo may appear on the back of our stationery.

Delivery charges will apply. 

Sweet Pea Print does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of your wedding stationery once it has been delivered from our studio. We are not responsible for estimated delivery times promised by shipping companies. Tracking will be provided to you. You can also collect from the studio.

Occasionally Sweet Pea Print offers promotional pieces with our wedding stationery orders. These promotional pieces are product specific and non transferrable.

Since all of our work is custom designed and approved by you, Wedding Stationery, personalized stationery, social stationery or baby stationery cannot be returned.

Your Privacy
Your name, address, e-mail address, phone number information supplied on this website will be kept confidential, and are for order processing only. You may request to receive information about various products or promotions. Only Sweet Pea Print will send you e-mails and you will have the option to be removed from our mailing list at any time. The information we collect on this site will not be shared or sold to any other company or organization what-so-ever. Your privacy is important to us.
